The Pebble Texture Finish HDPE Sheet is a premium thermoplastic panel featuring a uniform, fine-grain pebble pattern on one or both sides. Drilling: Standard HSS or carbide drill bits – allow 0.005"–0.010" oversize for thermal expansion
Fastening: Accepts screws, bolts, rivets – pre-drill to prevent cracking
Welding: Can be hot-air or extrusion welded for seamless joints (same material)
Bending: Heat-forming possible (thermoforming); cold bending not recommended
Routine: Hose down or pressure wash (up to 3,000 psi)
Stubborn stains: Mild detergent and soft brush – pebble texture will not trap debris if rinsed properly
Sanitizing: Bleach solutions, steam, or food-grade sanitizers do not degrade HDPE
Do not use: Abrasive pads (may smooth texture), strong oxidizing acids (nitric, sulfuric >50%), or temperatures above 180°F
